Our lashes are 100% precisely hand made from light fibers, our unique lash band is made of very soft, light and comfortable cotton band. You will barely feel that you have false lashes on. The handmade lashes manufacturing is very complex due to its precise nature. Starting from the fine selection of the raw material, knitting, cutting, curling and styling, this process takes up to 3 months to produce a single eyelash.
We design and manufacture our lashes not only to give you the natural and glamorous look but the comfort all day long.

How do I choose the right lash for my eyes shape?

I like one of your eye lash collection but it is not matching with my eyeshape! Should I buy it?

It all depends on your experience with wearing makeup. If you are an expert wearing makeup or getting help from your makeup artist, any of our eyelashes would work.

What are 3D lashes?

3D lashes are hand crafted from several layers of hair; just like the natural lashes, they are tapered at full length which creates a voluminous and unique dimension of thicker, fluffy and fuller lashes without experiencing a heavy feeling on your eyelids.

How many times can I wear my Nolla lashes?

Our lashes are designed to last up to 20 uses or more if you properly care for it. Storing the lashes in its original container will extend its life. Which eyelash glue works best for my Nolla Lashes?

Can I curl my Nolla lashes?

Yes. You may curl all types of Nolla lashes just like you would curl your own lashes.

My false lashes are not sticking correctly on my eyelids, what am I doing wrong?

For the best results we recommend Nolla lash glue. It is formulated to give the best bond with all types of false lashes - make sure to apply a thin but enough glue evenly along the lash band with a little extra on the edges. Wait for a few seconds until the glue becomes slightly tacky and apply it on your eyelids. If you are trying to apply a previously used lashes, make sure it is completely clean from old lash glue residue before applying the glue. Please visit Apply and Care page for detailed instructions

Is Nolla Lashes a cruelty free brand?

Yes! We pride ourselves in promoting a brand that is cruelty-free.

I’m unable to place an order online, what should I do?

If you are unable to place an order from our website because you don't know how, or you are unable to place an order because of an error in the website, try deleting your cookies and update your internet browser. If you're still unable to place you order, please Contact Us.

Do you offer wholesale accounts? How do I place an order for big quantity?

When I checkout, the prices are showing in USD. Why it is different than my currency?

We chose the USD as the currency of choice as we are selling to many countries, it is also to note that Paypal checkout is only available in USD but don’t worry you will not be charged only the amount equivalent to your currency.

How long should I wait for my package to arrive?

We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible however the standard delivery time is between 1 to 10 business days depending on your location. Orders received after 12:00PM will be shipped the next business day. (ie: Orders received Thursday after 12:00PM will be shipped out on Sunday.)

I placed an order online, how do I track my order?

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your package. If you registered an account with us, you can view your order history and track your orders from your account page.

Are import duties and taxes included in shipping cost?

No, customers outside United Arab Emirates are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

Make sure no one in your household, neighbors or building security have received your package. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us.

What is your exchange, return and refund policy?

For hygienic reasons and customer’s safety we do not accept returns or exchange unless you received a defective item(s). Please contact us and provide photos and description of the defect, we will do our best to do the necessary correction, otherwise all sales are final.

I placed an order but want to modify my purchase (add item, remove item, increase or decrease quantity) what should I do?

You can't change your order once it is shipped. Be careful making your selection when placing your order, if your item’s not yet shipped you can certainly do the required modifications from your account page or contact us.

What should I do if I received incorrect items?

Compare the lashes you received in the mail with your order confirmation email. If the items on your order confirmation email are different than what you received in the mail, please take a picture of the items you received along with your order number using this form . We will provide you with instructions on how to send it back to us. We will ship the right items to you.
